ORIENTEERING IN pAGANELLA

A map on your smartphone and a trail of markers to find. With the free Code Hunter app, orienteering comes to our mountains. Pick your route and start searching for QR codes hidden among the trees.

HOW TO PLAY

  • Download the Code Hunter app and set up your profile.

  • Select a route on the map.

  • Start hiking towards the checkpoints.

  • Spot a QR code? Scan it with the app to register it.

POINTS AND TIME

You earn 10, 20, or 50 points for every QR code you find. The harder it is to reach or the better it is hidden, the more points you get. There are no timers and no rush. That’s the real point of orienteering: a perfect excuse to step off the main path, take a few detours, and wander deeper into the forest.
